Personal care items such as beauty products, skincare, and hygiene products.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Return Process

Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
5. Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return, but only at the sale price.
